So my guess was, that the first 1-3 words are translated, no matter if already learned or not. I checked that with some Vy'keen and was wrong. With all the Vy'keen i checked, i got 1 additional word translated for the Simple Translator, 2 for the Superior Translator and 3 for the Advanced Translator. There are 3 mainframes you should come across. One for Captain’s Log, one for Crew Manifest and last one for Engineering. There shouldn’t be any “wrong” answers. uk-merlin.
