I have used both: -Extended does the job, but like the original release is made of plastic (except for the magazine catch). -Enhanced is a little bigger and made completely out of metal, like the Mark 23 magazine release, The extended is amazing. But yeah, shop around.

The HK 45 CT is very similar in size to the Glock 19. The elephant foot mags are a bit bulky but they actually feel good when shooting. Recoil is very nice for it's size. I have had many of the other compact 45's on the market.The factory HK45c grip is slippier because the grip pattern is less aggressive and thinner (no palm swells) than the HK45 and P30. It takes more time and effort to master the grip to maintain a firm no-slip hold shot-to-shot. But of course, you can always buy and Talon grip or a Hogue Handall to make the grip better.
