The EXP cap is at 1 million, you advance up to 100k which has a level limit of 100, then from there it is a gradient curve where you gain, say 25k exp and advance 10 levels.. then another 25k, advance anotehr ten. By the end you raise 100k exp and go up anotehr 10 levels.. it scales a bit all the way up to 1 million exp and level 400. Quite fun.
