My gripe with KeyMo is how heavy it is. With the adapter and a muzzle device it adds 50% to the weight of a Nomad from 14 oz to 22. If you don’t need the can to come off in one second I’d argue that some kind of threaded taper mount like the Xeno is better. But all up to your use. KeyMo is fine, just expensive and heavy.

I passed on the keymo when I saw the price, weight, and the few threads that popped up every 4-6 weeks regarding faulty keymos (I haven't seen any threads in a while so im hoping they took care of whatever issues they were having).

Feb 18, 2022 · The xeno system dead air has seems nice, but it doesn't look like they have anything bigger than a .30 besides the newest threaded taper mount they have, but I want to have either a brake or flash hider as the mount so it has some functionality if the can is off. I like the LH threads too, wish they would have done that on the keymo. The Polonium has industry standard universal "HUB" 1.375×24 rear threads, so you can choose whatever adapter you want that works with your host and muzzle device.
