I haven't touched FNV or FO3 outside of TTW since doing a proper clean install of 3.3, except for the 4GB and heap patches which happen after running TTW installer. After running the 3.3 installer, I checked Best of Times and got the hotfix and the few new mods needed, and updated all the other mods (I only have a few that aren't on the essential list).
"The Best of Times" is the TTW install guide, while the "Wasteland Survival Guide" is TTW modding guide. I don't know of any other TTW modding guide that's up to date. TTW 3.3 is quite recent itself, so I don't think other people put in the time and effort needed to make a proper modding guide (besides the WSG) for it.
