They are not that rare, will prob drop to like 200k. I managed to get and sell one in the first hour for 1m. When I made this video, scroll books were around 15k each, as of today, they are at 20k each. The higher the cost the harder and less likely it is to turn a profit, but when the books hit 15k, or even 12k each, your bound to make some profits.
