Still, I'm sure dragon bone weapons are level locked. The same with Telith's Swords. Telith's Swords can only be unlocked once you unlock starmetal at level 55, but you'll have to face off with Tyros the Deathbringer to get his heart to make one of them. Those swords require hardened steel.

The steel can be later on converted into different items in order to survive the brutal world of Exiles.You can only repair weapons you learned the recipe.
