Relocating it is cheaper and IMO is the send best place to detect knocks. If you have an Super Charger I do not recommend you placing on the SC.

Here's the procedure to getting to the knock sensor: Release fuel pressure. Remove timing belt. Drain coolant by removing drain plugs from both sides of cylinder block. Separate ASCD and accelerator control wire from intake manifold collector (VG33E only).
